I never imagined I’d be selling my parents’ home while grieving the loss of both my dad and my brother. Kait didn’t just list the house—she made it possible for us to get through this transition with dignity and peace. She helped us clear things out, set the home up for showings, rolled up her own sleeves and cleaned and kept in constant contact, and handled every detail as if it were her own family. The house sold in two weeks and from the time we decided to put house on market to the actually sale was approximately 2 months. That included a total estate auction, multiple dump runs, etc etc. She priced it perfectly and we got asking price. There wasn’t a single step that felt painful, even though we weren’t in the state.
